DESCRIPTION OF THE DAWN PRAYERS
This book containing a description of deep mystic points, of philosophy and Kalam, was written in Arabic, in 1307 (). It is based on Quranic Verses and narratives by the Ahl-e Bayt (Prophet's Household). It is about the famous Mobahala Prayer known as the Dawn Prayer. Mr. seyyed Ahmad Fehri has translated the book and it has had several reprints.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RAASALJALOOT TRADITION
This is Imam Khomeini's version of the Raasaljaloot narration (Argumentations of Hazrat Imam Reza (a.s.) with authorities of other religions, including Jewish religious authorities in Raasaljaloot written in 1308 Ahs (1348 ahi). The author of the book "Aein-e Daneshvaran" published 1353 ahl= 1313 ahs=, has made mention of this work.

1MAM'S MARGINAL COMMENTARY NOTES ON THE RAASAIJALOOT TRADITION
In addition to Imam's independent description of this narration, he has written a subsequent commentary on the Description of the late Qadi Saeed Qomi (a mystic of 15th cent. A.h.) on the Raasaljaloot narration quoted by the author of Aein-e-Daneshvaran and renown Allamah, the late Sheikh Agha Bozurg Tehrani in the book Alzariah.

MARGINAL COMMENTARY ON DESCRIPTION OF FAWAIDUL RAZAVIYYA
In this mystic work, the Imam has expressed his opinions in the form of marginal commentary on the book "Sharh, Fawaidul Razaviyya" by the late Qazi Saeed Qomi.
This book will soon be published by the Institute for Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini.

DESCRIPTION ON THE ARMIES OF INTELLIGENCE AND IGNORANCE (JONUD AQLE VA JAHLE)
This is a valuable book by the Imam on Ethics. The Religious (Kalami) and Ethical opinions and Mysticism of the Imam are more clearly opened in this book and, like his book "the Description on Forty Narratives", more layers (of people) can benefit by it.
Currently, the Research Section of the Institute (Qum Branch) is editing the explanatory footnotes and preparing the related lists and other research works, which it will publish, in two volumes of over 800 pages.

MISBAHOLHEDAYAT ELAL KIIELAFA VAL WELAYA
This book is one of the deepest and most brilliant works on Islamic mysticism of recent eras. Imam Khomeini concluded its writing in 1349 ahl, 1309 ahs, , when he was 28 years old. Last printing by the Institute in 1372 (), contains the Text plus a detailed introduction by Prof.Jalaladdin Ashtiani, total 315 p.p.

MARGINAL COMMENTS ON DESCRIPTION OF THE FOSUSUL-HEKAM
The book Fasusul-Hekam, by Sheikh Akbar Muhyyaddin Arabi, a renown world mystic has had many descriptions written about it so far. The Description by Qaisari is recognized as one of the best.
In the year 1355 A.h.l. -1315 A.H.S = a.d, Imam Khomeini completed his commentary on Qaisari's Description of Fosusul Hekam in Arabic. It demonstrates the writer's domination over the opinions of authorities on mysticism, such as Sheikh Akbar, Qunavi, Mulla Abdul-razzaq Kashani, Forghani, Iraqi and Qaisari. This treatise is printed together with the following trestise in one volume.

MARGINAL COMMENTS ON THE MISBAHAL-ONSS
The book "Misbahal-Onss Bayn-al-Maaqul val Mashhood" is a description by Muhammad ibn Hamza-ibn Muhammad Qanari on the book Miftah-al-ghaybe, by Abul Ma-aali Muhammad Ibn-e ess-haq Qunavi, a renown student of Muhyyeddin Arabi. It is about theoretic Erfan of mysticism.
Imam Khomeini has written his opinions and scientific criticism in the form of marginal comments on more than 2/3 of the pages of this book, in the years 1355 ahl,=1315 ahs= .
The above two margined comments (on Fossus-Al-Hekam and Misbahal-Onss) under the heading of Subsequent Comments on the Description of Fosusul-Hekam and Misbahal-Onss was printed in 329 pages, by the Institute of Pasdaran Islam in Qom(1365 ahs=1886).

DESCRIPTION ON THE CHEHEL HADITH (FORTY NARRATIONS)
"Arabaeen Hadith" or "Description of the Forty Narrations is one of the very valuable ethical and mystic works of Imam Khomeini, written in Farsi in 1358 ahl=1318 ahs= a.d. In this work, 40 Hadiths or Narrations, narrated by leaders of the Religion, taken from the book "Osool-e-Kafi" (the first 34-hadiths-except hadith 11, on ethical issues and the last six hadiths on points of faith) have been described in lengthy manner and charming diction.

SERRUL-SALAT (SALATUL AREFEEN VA ME'ERAJUL SAIAKEEN)
It is a profound book in Farsi on mysticism explaining the moral and mystical secrets of the (Nemaz) prayers, written in 1358 ahl-1318 - ahs= by the pen of Imam Khomeini. Domination of the Imam over theoretic mysticism and going through its practical stages and stations, can be understood from the depth of discourses of this book and of the above mentioned works.
Last printing: Tehran The Institute for Compilation and Publication of the works of Imam Khomeini, 1369 ahs=, a total of 266 p.p. including a preface by Ayatullah Javadi-Amoli, the text, guide-lists and a complete picture of handwritten copy.

RULES OF PRAYER (ADAB-UL-SALAAT)
This book was written in 1321 () following the compilation of the book "SER-ROL-SALAAT). Imam Khomeini, in the beginning this book, has written: "some days before, I compiled a treatise, but since it is incongruous with the disposition of the public, I considered writing Out an exegesis on the hearty rules of this spiritual ascension."
"ADAB-UL-SALAAT" is a comprehensive description about the rules and spiritual secrets of prayer and is replete with moral and agnostically points. (in Persian language). Last printing: Tehran, The Institute for compilation and publication of the works of Imam Khomeini 1372 (), in 836 pages, including preface, text, guide lists and complete picture of hand written copy. The other printing consists of 421 pages without handwritten copy.

THE LEQA-OLLAH TREATISE
This is a short treatise in Farsi by Imam Khomeini. It is about mystic issues and is addendum to the Leqa-ollah Treatise by Ayatullah Haj Mirza Javad Malaki (s), printed by the Faiz Kashani Publications Institute. Fourth printing 1370= .

ANNOTATION ON ASFAR
For years Hazrat Imam had taught the valuable book known as "Asfar Arba'eh" written by the famous philosopher Sadrul Moteallehin, in Qum. The Imam wrote marginal comments on some of its discourses. Unfortunately the related copy has not been found yet. It is hoped that this Institute will derive a selection of philosophic views and opinions of the Imam from the contents of his lessons in philosophy written down by his students, some of which is already in the hands of the Institute, This is expected to be made available for use by the Islamic society.

KASHFUL-ASRAR
This book which is a political, religious and social work was written in 1364 ahl=1323 ahs= that is, two years after removal of Reza Khan from the throne. In this book the Imam has given answers to the doubts and anti-Religion, anti-clergy propaganda contained in the pamphlet "Asrar-e Hezar Sale" (=Secrets of a thousand years) written by a Wahhabi and by adducing to historic facts, while posing and criticizing the opinions of ancient Greek philosophers, those of Islamic philosophers and of the contemporary philosophers of the West, has emphasized the rightfulness of the Shiism and the role of the clergy and the guardianship of the jurisconsult (Walayat-e-Faqih) during the Occultation period. The work also reveals, in detail, the laic, anti-nationalistic policies of Reza Khan and his co-thinkers in Islamic countries (of that time).

ANVARUL-HEDAYAT FIL TAALIQA ALALKEFAYAT (2 VOLUMES)
This is a work in Arabic, on rational discourses of the science of the principles of jurisprudence (fiqh), in the form of marginal comments on said discourse as reflected in the book Kefayatul Osool by Grand Ayatullah Akhund Khorasani (s). Written in 1368 ahl=1328 ahs=. This valuable work on issues of principle, and the book Manahejul Vosool and the independent treatises of the Imam serve, to a large extent, to introduce the opinions of the Imam and his school of Principles.
This book was published for the first time in 1372= , in two volumes by the Institute for Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini.

BADAYE-OL DORAR FI QA-EDAH NAFIUL ZARAR
This is a research and jurisprudential treatise in Arabic, it deals with the Qaede Lazarar (lit: the No Damage Rule) which is an important rule in fiqh. Imam Khomeini wrote this treatise, on the first day of the month of jamadiyul Oola 1368 ahl=Esfand 1328=Feb a.d. This treatise, together with other treatises of Imam on Principles, under the title of "Al-Rasayel ... in 1385 ahl=1344 ahs= in Qom. Recently (1372= ) the Institute for Compilation and Publication of the works of Imam Khomeini published the book together with its addenda and lists under the name given above.

RESALATUL ESTIS-HAB
This is a detailed treatise on jurisprudence in Arabic it deals with "Estis-hab", a highly important discourse in the science of the Principles of Fiqh. Imam Khomeini completed its compilation in 1370 ahl=1330 ahs= a.d. This work was printed in Qum in 290 pages in 1385 ahl=1344 ahs= a.d. under the title of "Al Rasayel" Anew edition of this treaties will be soon published by this Institute with an independent title and with several distinctions, from the previous prints, by the Institute for compilation works of Imam Khomeini.

TREATISE FIL TAADOL VAL TARAJIH

The author (Imam Khomeini) has compiled this work in 1370 ahl= 1330 ahs=. Taadol and Tarajih are among the supplementary discourses to the science of principles of jurisprudence which deals with the criteria for selection of proof where evidences are contradictory.
This treatise, too, was printed in Qum in 1385, ahl in the miscellany of the "Al-Rasayel".

o RASALAT EJTIHAD Val TAQLID:
The arguments relating to Jurisprudence and taqlid or following are among the supplemental discourses on the science of principles of fiqh. In this jurisprudential treatise Hazrat Imam Khomeini has presented his opinions with firm proof. The book is dated 1370, ahl=1330, ahs=. This treatise, along with a number of other treatises of the Imam on Principles are printed in the book "Al-Rasayel".

MANAHIJUL VOSOOL ELA ELMOL-OSOOL (2 VELUMES)
This is a research and jurisprudential work (in Arabic) by Imam Khomeini. It covers the discourse on the terminology of the science of the principles of fiqh which has been written after the year 1370 ahl=1330 ahs= a.d. It was printed for the first time, in 2 volumes, including all subsequent addenda and guide lists, and introduction by Ayatullah Fazil Lankarani, by the Institute for compilation and publication of the works of Imam Khomeini.

TREATISE ON TALAB VA ERADEH
This is a work of Imam Khomeini on principles, philosophy and Erfan or mysticism, written in Arabic in the year 1371 ahl=133l ahs= ad. This treatise together with its Persian translation, in 157 pages, were printed in Tehran by the Center for Scientific and Cultural Publications (1362 ahs=1883 a.d.)

TREATISE ON TAQIYYA
This is a treatise on fiqh and ejtihad or jurisprudence by Imam Khomeini. It deals with taqiyya and was written in Arabic in 1372 ahl=1332 ahs= . It is proven, in this treatise, that the philosophy of the : necessity of taqiyya or dissimulation is for preservation of the Religion and not for its eradication. In 1385 ahl= , the work was printed in Qum, in the miscellany of "Al-Rassayel".

(RESSALA FI-QA'EDATE MAN-MALAK)
Treatise on the Rule of "Man malak": This is a jurisprudential Treatise about the Fiqh rule called the "Qa'edate Man Malak". The author of "Atharal Hojjat" (published in 1373 ahl=1333 ahs=) has referred to it in his works.

TREATISE FI-TAAYEENAL FAJR FI LEYALI-AL-MOQMARA
This is an argumentative and jurisprudential work about determination of the hour of dawn during (moqamara nights). It was printed under this name in Qum in the year 1367 ahs = .

KETABAL TAHARA (4 VOLUMES)
This is a work that has discourses relating to "Tahara" (= cleanliness), it is a chapter of Fiqh or jurisprudence written by Imam Khomeini in 4 volumes in the Arabic language, between the years 1373 to 1377 ahl=1333 to 1337 ahs= -. It is penned in the argumentative and jurisprudential style. Two volumes of this book were printed in Qum in 1367 a.hl. And the other two were printed at Najaf in 1389 ahl. Total pages 1202.

ADDENDUM TO ORVATUL VOSQA
This book is Imam Khomeini's margine comments on the entire issues of the book Orvatul Vosqa, the well known work of Grand Ayatullah Seyyed Muhammad Kazim Tabatabai Yazdi; Written in the year 1375 ahl (=1335 ahs=). The book contains Imam Khomeini's decrees on various jurisprudential problems. It has had several printings, so far, both, as an independent work and as an addendum to the Orvatul Vosqa.

MAKASIB MUHARRAMA (2 VOLUMES)
This is a jurisprudential work on argumentative (estedlali) fiqh about the various types of interdicted occupations and related issues, by Imam Khomeini. This book was written in Arabic, between the years 1377 to 1380 ahl (= 1337-1340 ahs=-). It was printed in 1381 ahl in two volumes with a total of 612 pages. This book contains interesting discussions about decrees concerning music, singing, painting and sculpture.

ADDENDUM TO WASILATAUL NEJAT
This is a marginal commentary by Imam Khomeini. It contains his fiqh decrees written as marginal comments on the book wasilatul Nejat (Practical Treatise) by grand Ayatullah Seyyed Abulhasan Isfahani.

THE NEJATUL EBAD TREATISE
This treatise contains Imam Khomeini's jurisprudential decrees, It is written in Farsi, apparently in 3 volumes. Volume 2 of the book was printed in Qum in 1380 ahl(=1340 ahs=).

ADDENDUM TO THE TREATISE ON INHERITANCE
This book is a marginal commentary containing the Imam's fiqh decrees on inheritance, as an addendum to the Treatise on Inheritance by the late Haj Mulla Hashem Khorasani, author of the Muntakhabul Tavarikh. It was printed in Farsi together with the original Treatise in Qum (date of publication not definite, apparently after 1340(= ).

RECITATION OF LESSONS ON PRINCIPLES BY AYATULLAH ALOZMA BORUJERDI
In this work Hazrat Imam has recited, by his own words in Arabic, the lectures of Ayatullah Borujerdi. Research and printing of this work is underway for the first time by the Institute For Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini.

TOZIHUL MASAYEL (PRACTICAL TREATISE)
This book contains Imam Khomeini's decrees on the various chapters of fiqh, in Farsi. It is regarded as the Imam's practical treatise and has been used for reference by his followers. Millions of copies of it in the form of complete practical treatise or selections or by subject indices have been printed and published before and after the triumph of the Revolution, by different publishers.

MANASIK UL HAJJ
This is Imam Khomeini's decrees in respect of the various Hajj pilgrimage and related ceremonies. Last printing: 1370 ahs (= ), 272 p.p., by the Institute for compilation and publication of the works of Imam Khomeini.

TAHRIRAL WASILA (2 VOLUMES)
This book contains Imam Khomeini's decrees, in Arabic language, written while the Imam was in exile in Turkey (1343-1344 ahs - a.d.). Printed for the first time in Najaf, in 1309 pages. The book has had numerous reprints in Najaf, Beirut and in Iran.

KETAB-UL-BAIE (5 VOLUMES)
A valuable work by Imam Khomeini in various chapters of deductive fiqh. It deals with business and was written between the years 1380-1396 ahl= (1340-1355 ahs= -) mainly in Najaf, in 2371 pages, 5 volumes.

THE LECTURES (TAQRIRAT) OF IMAM KHOMEINI'S LESSONS
In addition to Imam Khomeini's compilations in various discourses in Fiqh and Osool (Principles), numerous lectures of him, have been written up by his students, some of which, have already been printed, and numerous others (lectures are in the hands of this Institute (Qum branch ) and will be gradually published .

KETAB AL KHELAL FI ALSALAT
This is a work containing the jurisprudential and argumentative opinions of Imam Khomeini in Arabic language. It deals with jurisprudential decrees concerning impediments occurring in the Nemaz prayers, written in the last years of Imam's sojourn in Najaf. It has been printed in Qum in 314 pages.

ISLAMIC RULE OR WALAYAT-E-FAQIH
This book which has had numerous reprints, before and after the triumph of the Revolution, in Arabic and Farsi languages, contains Imam Khomeini's jurisprudential decrees about Islamic rule, the inseparability of Religion and Politics, and the Guardianship of the Faqih during the Occultation period. It is in the form of a series of lectures by the Imam given in Najaf, in the yea 1348 a.h.s. (= a.d.) and duly published.
The last printing of this book, together with it explanations and guide lists were published by this Institute in 1372 ().

THE GREATER CRUSADE (CHALLENGING THE EGO)
This book is the recorded texts of Imam Khomeini's lessons about the significance and necessity of purification of the Nafs or ego, rendered in Najaf. This treatise while short, contains many ethical, educational and political points, and has formerly been reprinted several times as addendum to the Book, Walayat Faqih. Last printing, in 1372 () together with introduction and related explanatory comments by Publications Dept of this Institute.

AN EXEGESIS ON THE SURA HAMD
This work is a mystic exegesis of the sacred Sura A1-Hamd (Fatihatul Kitab) that Hazrat Imam has rendered in the course of several speeches in 1358 (= ). It has been reprinted many times, under this title, in book form, by various publishers.

ESTIFTA'AT (INQUIRES INTO DECREES)
A compendium of decrees issued by Imam Khomeini in response to religious questions by the people in various chapters of fiqh, especially in respect of current issues. So far, two volumes of these, have been issued by the Publications section of the Society of Teachers of the Qum theological assembly (1336 & 1372) (= & )

DIVAN OF POETRY POETICAL WORKS
Imam Khomeini has composed mystic, political and social poetry since his adolescent years. Unfortunately, a greater part of these poems have been lost while changing residences, or in raids of agents of Savak on the house and library of the Imam, and or by other causes. Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, he has composed poems in the form of lyric, quatrain, rubae couplets....etc.
A collection of his recent poems together with a number of older poems that were remained, were published in a book entitled "Divan-e Imam". Before this, a number of the Imam's compositions had been published under titles of "Mahram-e-Raz" "The confidant", "The Decanter of Love" and "Turning Point" (noqtaiye Atfe).
In the introduction to the Divan, comprehensive information is given re mode of composition of verses and their styles and dates. In the addendum to the Divan, the technical and literary arts and particulars are given. This work was published, for the first time, in an attractive form, in (1372= ) by this Institute and has many reprints. This institute has also published a glossary of the Erfanic expressions of the Imam entitled "Glossary of the Imam's Divan.'

MYSTIC LETTERS
Imam Khomeini had written letters to his kin containing ethical reminders, Erfanic and educational points, samples of which have appeared in books like "The confidant" "the way of Love" and "The Turning Point" published by the Institute for Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini, and also, in the book "Divine Graces", Published by Bonyade Shahid.

MESSAGES, SPEECHES, INTERVIEWS, DECREES AND LETTERS (22 VOLUMES)
(A collection of political, and social works of Imam Khomeini)
In addition to books such as "KashfulAsrar" "Islamic Rule", and "Political and Divine Testament," Imam Khomeini has presented his opinions, political, social and religious guide lines within hundreds of sermons, messages, decrees and letters in the course of years of challenge before and since the victory of the Revolution. These guide lines have been published in various forms under scores of headings.
The 22-volume of Sahifa Noor, plus one volume entitled "Key to the Sahifa" is the most comprehensive or thorough book, so far published. In this book, said works are arranged chronologically. There are, as yet, many unpublished letters, decrees and statements that will take several volumes.
The most complete edition of the political and social works of Imam Khomeini will be soon, published by the institute For Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini. There exist, up to now, 1126 speeches, over 470 decrees and commands, 367 letters, to political and religious personalities abroad, 420 letters tO political and religious personalities at home, and more than 350 messages, which will, be published gradually, in collections under the general title of "Kowthar" together with descriptions and explications for each work. Of this collection, so far, five volumes, amounting to 3200 pages (including, Kowthar-summary of the Imam's statements from the beginning to his ascension, in two volumes, and Kowthar, -description of the Islamic Revolution's events from the start to Esfand 1357 (March ) in 3 volumes) have been published. Meanwhile the magazine "Hozur" year 1371 (), issue Nos. 5 and 6 in an article on Imam Khomeini's Bibliography, has given the particulars of more than 230 titles of the works of the Imam and of works related to Imam's life and challenges, as well as, introduction to his thoughts.

THE DIVINE AND POTITICAL TESTAMENT
This is the most everlasting message of Imam Khomeini addressed to the Present and future generations. In it, Imam Khomini, while stating his rightful opinions, has penned his most important views, opinions and warnings re the political and social problems of the Islamic communities and of the human society, in the form of supported documentary analysis and well-wishing remindings. This work has, so far, been published in millions of copies, by various publishers, organs, Revolutionary Institutions and foundations, and by followers of His Holiness, and it has been translated in different languages too.
The most recent edition of the Testament has been published by the Institute For Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini which, in addition to complete text of the Will, and complete photo copy of the original Farsi manuscript, some explanations re the history of the writing of the Will and a review of its contents, together with topical classification of them and guide lists are printed under the title of "A Review of the Political-Divine Testament by subject matters'.
